(Exodus 28:6-14)

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
1From the blue, purple and scarlet yarn they made woven garments for ministering in the sanctuary. They also made sacred garments for Aaron, as the LORD commanded Moses.1From the blue and purple and scarlet yarns they made finely woven garments, for ministering in the Holy Place. They made the holy garments for Aaron, as the LORD had commanded Moses.1Moreover, from the blue and purple and scarlet material, they made finely woven garments for ministering in the holy place as well as the holy garments which were for Aaron, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.1And of the blue, and purple, and scarlet, they made cloths of service, to do service in the holy place, and made the holy garments for Aaron; as the LORD commanded Moses.1They made specially woven garments for ministry in the sanctuary, and the holy garments for Aaron from the blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
2They made the ephod of gold, and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely twisted linen.2He made the ephod of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.2He made the ephod of gold, and of blue and purple and scarlet material, and fine twisted linen.2And he made the ephod of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.2Bezalel made the ephod of gold, of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and of finely spun linen.
3They hammered out thin sheets of gold and cut strands to be worked into the blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen--the work of skilled hands.3And they hammered out gold leaf, and he cut it into threads to work into the blue and purple and the scarlet yarns, and into the fine twined linen, in skilled design.3Then they hammered out gold sheets and cut them into threads to be woven in with the blue and the purple and the scarlet material, and the fine linen, the work of a skillful workman.3And they did beat the gold into thin plates, and cut it into wires, to work it in the blue, and in the purple, and in the scarlet, and in the fine linen, with cunning work.3They hammered out thin sheets of gold, and he cut threads from them to interweave with the blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and the fine linen in a skillful design.
4They made shoulder pieces for the ephod, which were attached to two of its corners, so it could be fastened.4They made for the ephod attaching shoulder pieces, joined to it at its two edges.4They made attaching shoulder pieces for the ephod; it was attached at its two upper ends.4They made shoulderpieces for it, to couple it together: by the two edges was it coupled together.4They made shoulder pieces for attaching it; it was joined together at its two edges.

5Its skillfully woven waistband was like it--of one piece with the ephod and made with gold, and with blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and with finely twisted linen, as the LORD commanded Moses.5And the skillfully woven band on it was of one piece with it and made like it, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen, as the LORD had commanded Moses.5The skillfully woven band which was on it was like its workmanship, of the same material: of gold and of blue and purple and scarlet material, and fine twisted linen, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.5And the curious girdle of his ephod, that was upon it, was of the same, according to the work thereof; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen; as the LORD commanded Moses.5The artistically woven waistband that was on the ephod was of one piece with the ephod, according to the same workmanship of gold, of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and of finely spun linen, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
6They mounted the onyx stones in gold filigree settings and engraved them like a seal with the names of the sons of Israel.6They made the onyx stones, enclosed in settings of gold filigree, and engraved like the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel.6They made the onyx stones, set in gold filigree settings; they were engraved like the engravings of a signet, according to the names of the sons of Israel.6And they wrought onyx stones inclosed in ouches of gold, graven, as signets are graven, with the names of the children of Israel.6Then they mounted the onyx stones surrounded with gold filigree settings, engraved with the names of Israel's sons as a gem cutter engraves a seal.
7Then they fastened them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the sons of Israel, as the LORD commanded Moses.7And he set them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod to be stones of remembrance for the sons of Israel, as the LORD had commanded Moses.7And he placed them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod, as memorial stones for the sons of Israel, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.7And he put them on the shoulders of the ephod, that they should be stones for a memorial to the children of Israel; as the LORD commanded Moses.7He fastened them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod as memorial stones for the Israelites, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

The Breastpiece

(Exodus 28:15-30)

NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
8They fashioned the breastpiece--the work of a skilled craftsman. They made it like the ephod: of gold, and of blue, purple and scarlet yarn, and of finely twisted linen.8He made the breastpiece, in skilled work, in the style of the ephod, of gold, blue and purple and scarlet yarns, and fine twined linen.8He made the breastpiece, the work of a skillful workman, like the workmanship of the ephod: of gold and of blue and purple and scarlet material and fine twisted linen.8And he made the breastplate of cunning work, like the work of the ephod; of gold, blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen.8He also made the embroidered breastpiece with the same workmanship as the ephod of gold, of blue, purple, and scarlet yarn, and of finely spun linen.
9It was square--a span long and a span wide--and folded double.9It was square. They made the breastpiece doubled, a span its length and a span its breadth when doubled.9It was square; they made the breastpiece folded double, a span long and a span wide when folded double.9It was foursquare; they made the breastplate double: a span was the length thereof, and a span the breadth thereof, being doubled.9They made the breastpiece square and folded double, nine inches long and nine inches wide.
10Then they mounted four rows of precious stones on it. The first row was carnelian, chrysolite and beryl;10And they set in it four rows of stones. A row of sardius, topaz, and carbuncle was the first row;10And they mounted four rows of stones on it. The first row was a row of ruby, topaz, and emerald;10And they set in it four rows of stones: the first row was a sardius, a topaz, and a carbuncle: this was the first row.10They mounted four rows of gemstones on it. The first row was a row of carnelian, topaz, and emerald;
11the second row was turquoise, lapis lazuli and emerald;11and the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond;11and the second row, a turquoise, a sapphire and a diamond;11And the second row, an emerald, a sapphire, and a diamond.11the second row, a turquoise, a sapphire, and a diamond;
NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
12the third row was jacinth, agate and amethyst;12and the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;12and the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;12And the third row, a ligure, an agate, and an amethyst.12the third row, a jacinth, an agate, and an amethyst;
13the fourth row was topaz, onyx and jasper. They were mounted in gold filigree settings.13and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were enclosed in settings of gold filigree.13and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were set in gold filigree settings when they were mounted.13And the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper: they were inclosed in ouches of gold in their inclosings.13and the fourth row, a beryl, an onyx, and a jasper. They were surrounded with gold filigree in their settings.
14There were twelve stones, one for each of the names of the sons of Israel, each engraved like a seal with the name of one of the twelve tribes.14There were twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They were like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.14The stones were corresponding to the names of the sons of Israel; they were twelve, corresponding to their names, engraved with the engravings of a signet, each with its name for the twelve tribes.14And the stones were according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names, like the engravings of a signet, every one with his name, according to the twelve tribes.14The 12 stones corresponded to the names of Israel's sons. Each stone was engraved like a seal with one of the names of the 12 tribes.
15For the breastpiece they made braided chains of pure gold, like a rope.15And they made on the breastpiece twisted chains like cords, of pure gold.15They made on the breastpiece chains like cords, of twisted cordage work in pure gold.15And they made upon the breastplate chains at the ends, of wreathen work of pure gold.15They made braided chains of pure gold cord for the breastpiece.
16They made two gold filigree settings and two gold rings, and fastened the rings to two of the corners of the breastpiece.16And they made two settings of gold filigree and two gold rings, and put the two rings on the two edges of the breastpiece.16They made two gold filigree settings and two gold rings, and put the two rings on the two ends of the breastpiece.16And they made two ouches of gold, and two gold rings; and put the two rings in the two ends of the breastplate.16They also fashioned two gold filigree settings and two gold rings and attached the two rings to its two corners.
NIVESVNASBKJVHCSB
17They fastened the two gold chains to the rings at the corners of the breastpiece,17And they put the two cords of gold in the two rings at the edges of the breastpiece.17Then they put the two gold cords in the two rings at the ends of the breastpiece.17And they put the two wreathen chains of gold in the two rings on the ends of the breastplate.17Then they attached the two gold cords to the two gold rings on the corners of the breastpiece.
18and the other ends of the chains to the two settings, attaching them to the shoulder pieces of the ephod at the front.18They attached the two ends of the two cords to the two settings of filigree. Thus they attached it in front to the shoulder pieces of the ephod.18They put the other two ends of the two cords on the two filigree settings, and put them on the shoulder pieces of the ephod at the front of it.18And the two ends of the two wreathen chains they fastened in the two ouches, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod, before it.18They attached the other ends of the two cords to the two filigree settings and, in this way, attached them to the ephod's shoulder pieces in front.
19They made two gold rings and attached them to the other two corners of the breastpiece on the inside edge next to the ephod.19Then they made two rings of gold, and put them at the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inside edge next to the ephod.19They made two gold rings and placed them on the two ends of the breastpiece, on its inner edge which was next to the ephod.19And they made two rings of gold, and put them on the two ends of the breastplate, upon the border of it, which was on the side of the ephod inward.19They made two other gold rings and put them at the two other corners of the breastpiece on the edge that is next to the inner border of the ephod.
20Then they made two more gold rings and attached them to the bottom of the shoulder pieces on the front of the ephod, close to the seam just above the waistband of the ephod.20And they made two rings of gold, and attached them in front to the lower part of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, at its seam above the skillfully woven band of the ephod.20Furthermore, they made two gold rings and placed them on the bottom of the two shoulder pieces of the ephod, on the front of it, close to the place where it joined, above the woven band of the ephod.20And they made two other golden rings, and put them on the two sides of the ephod underneath, toward the forepart of it, over against the other coupling thereof, above the curious girdle of the ephod.20They made two more gold rings and attached them to the bottom of the ephod's two shoulder pieces on its front, close to its seam, above the ephod's woven waistband.
21They tied the rings of the breastpiece to the rings of the ephod with blue cord, connecting it to the waistband so that the breastpiece would not swing out from the ephod--as the LORD commanded Moses.21And they bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, so that it should lie on the skillfully woven band of the ephod, and that the breastpiece should not come loose from the ephod, as the LORD had commanded Moses.21They bound the breastpiece by its rings to the rings of the ephod with a blue cord, so that it would be on the woven band of the ephod, and that the breastpiece would not come loose from the ephod, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.21And they did bind the breastplate by his rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it might be above the curious girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate might not be loosed from the ephod; as the LORD commanded Moses.21Then they tied the breastpiece from its rings to the rings of the ephod with a cord of blue yarn, so that the breastpiece was above the ephod's waistband and did not come loose from the ephod. They did just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
